Why the Deluxe Flushing Unit
- Foot-pump flush and an enclosed tank keep the experience closer to a home bathroom than a jobsite unit.
- The built-in hand-wash sink means you may not need a separate station for smaller gatherings.
- Guests judge events by the bathrooms. It's the cheapest upgrade to how the whole event is remembered.
- Hosting 100+ or serving alcohol? Pair with standard units for volume and keep the deluxe for the main crowd.
Straight Talk From Our Team
“For anything guest-facing, I quote deluxe units first and let the budget decide. Nobody has ever complained about a bathroom being too nice.
The ratio that works: one deluxe per 50 guests for a four-hour event, plus one standard per additional 75 if you're stretching the budget. Serving alcohol? Add twenty percent.”

Deluxe Flushing Portable Toilet Rental in Ann Arbor - FAQ
Delivery, pickup, and a full 30-day rental with 4 service visits included. Each visit pumps the unit, sanitizes it, and restocks toilet paper and supplies. Fuel, environmental, local fees, and processing are all inside the one rate, never added on top.
That's the $374.39 weekend/event rate: delivery, pickup, and up to 7 days on site. Toggle the price card above to see it. Past about a week, the monthly rate becomes the better deal.
OSHA's minimum is one toilet for 20 or fewer workers, then one toilet and one urinal per 40 workers up to 199, and per 50 workers beyond that. In practice I place one unit per 10 workers on a 40-hour week; crews stay moving and you pass every inspection with room to spare. For events, plan one unit per 50 guests for a four-hour event, and tighten to one per 30-50 guests when alcohol is served. Underordering is the expensive mistake: a crew waiting on one unit is labor you're paying for and not getting. - Joe Woods, Commercial & National Accounts Specialist
Standard is the jobsite workhorse. Deluxe adds a foot-pump flushing bowl and an in-unit sink. That's the one I place anywhere guests are involved. ADA-accessible units have ground-level entry, grab bars, and full wheelchair turning space, and they're required at public events and on most permitted jobs. Mixing types on one order is normal. Most sites take standards plus one ADA. - Joe Woods, Commercial & National Accounts Specialist
