Availability varies by market. Climate-controlled units regulate temperature and humidity for electronics, documents, and sensitive inventory, and they need an electrical hookup on site. On private commercial property, temporary placement usually does not require a permit. Residential areas can restrict placement, duration, and visibility, and some HOAs prohibit containers entirely.
