Junk removal is the no-labor way to make a pile disappear. You point at what goes, our crew carries it out from wherever it sits, loads the truck, sweeps the area clean, and hauls it off, with same-day appointments available. Priced by flat truckload, posted right on this page.
Flat truckload pricing, no per-item math. Mon-Sat, 7 AM-7 PM your local time.

Three steps, and only one of them is yours: pointing at the pile.
Describe the pile or send photos for an upfront estimate, single items to whole-property cleanouts. Pick your arrival window, same-day available.
You do not lift a thing. The crew hauls items from wherever they sit, basements, attics, upstairs, loads the truck, and sweeps the area clean. Your price is confirmed by actual truck volume before we haul.
Usable items go to donation, recyclables get recycled, and the rest goes to licensed facilities. No illegal dumping, ever.
Three tiers, three flat prices. Labor, hauling, and disposal are all included, and the tier is simply how much of the truck your items fill.

$349
A few items: a couch set, appliance, or a small garage corner.

$495
Whole rooms: furniture, appliances, and clutter by the room.

$895
Estate, foreclosure, and business clear-outs.
Book by phone at (866) 858-3867, or book junk removal online and pick your tier and arrival window yourself.
Anyone with a pile and a deadline, or a pile and a bad back. These are the jobs the crews run most.

The hardest cleanouts, handled with care. The crew hauls room by room while usable items get routed to donation instead of the landfill.

Desks, chairs, cubicle parts, and years of accumulated storage. We clear the suite so you hand back the keys, not the contents.

The classic Saturday job you never start. Point at the pile, the crew hauls it from wherever it sits, basements and upstairs included, and sweeps behind it.

Landlords, flippers, and agents on a deadline. Left-behind contents go on the truck, the property goes back on the market.

Flat prices. Real crews. No games at the truck.
We've completed more than 180,000 rentals across 40,000+ ZIP codes, and junk removal runs on the same principle as all of it: the price you see is the price you pay. Three flat truckload tiers posted in the open, licensed and insured crews doing the work, and donation and recycling before anything heads to a landfill. When you call, a real person picks up, Monday through Saturday.

The take list covers nearly everything a cleanout produces. The short can't-take list is about disposal law, not effort.
Not sure about an item? Ask when you book: (866) 858-3867. A two-minute question beats a truck that has to leave something behind.
The crew arrives in your window and walks the job with you (or works from your marked pile if you are not there). You confirm what goes, they confirm the truckload tier by the actual space your items take, and then the carrying starts. Everything gets loaded, the area gets swept, and the truck leaves with the whole problem on it. For most jobs, the part you have dreaded for months is over inside the visit.
We sell both, so we will give it to you straight: it comes down to whose hands do the loading and how fast the pile needs to disappear.
| Junk Removal (this page) | Dumpster Rental | |
|---|---|---|
| Who does the loading | Our crew, wherever the items sit | You, at your own pace |
| Timeline | Gone in one visit, same-day available | Container stays for days while you fill it |
| Best for | Ready-to-go piles, heavy items, no-labor jobs | Ongoing projects that produce debris over time |
| How it's priced | Flat truckload tiers, labor and disposal included | Flat rental rate by container size |
| Where it happens | Anywhere on the property, basements included | You carry everything to the container |
Full breakdown in our guide: Dumpster Rental vs Junk Removal, or head to roll-off dumpster rental if you would rather load at your own pace.
A lot of junk removal pricing is a mystery until the truck is in your driveway. Ours is three numbers, and here is why we do it that way:
The three tiers are posted on this page. There is no leverage moment where the crew is standing in your driveway and the price suddenly grows.
What junk actually costs to haul is the space it takes in the truck. Per-item price lists punish you for owning a couch and a mattress instead of just measuring the load.
Labor, hauling, and disposal ride inside the flat price. Stairs, heavy items, and carry distance do not become line items.
Your final price is set by the actual truck volume before we haul, so a pile that turns out smaller than feared costs the smaller tier.

Straight Talk From Our Team
“Even if you need junk removal, just let me know, I will handle it.
One phone number covers the dumpster, the cleanout crew, whatever the job turns into. That is the whole point of working with us.”

Real answers from our team. If yours isn't here, the phone gets you a person, not a menu.
Full-service means our crew does everything: the lifting, the loading, the hauling, and the sweep-up when the space is clear. You point at what goes, and it goes, whether it is sitting at the curb or up two flights of stairs. It is the no-labor alternative to renting a dumpster and filling it yourself.

Flat truckload pricing, posted up front: $349 for a quarter truckload, $495 for a half, and $895 for a full truckload. The tier is set by how much space your items take in the truck, with labor, hauling, and disposal all included. No per-item math and no surprise adjustment at the end.

A quarter truckload is a few items: a couch set, an appliance, a small garage corner. A half truckload handles whole rooms of furniture and clutter. A full truckload is the estate, foreclosure, or business clear-out. If you are unsure, describe the pile or send photos and we will size it honestly. Nobody wins by putting you in the wrong tier.

Furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, yard waste, construction debris, and general household clutter, which covers nearly everything a cleanout produces. Hazardous waste, chemicals, and certain regulated materials need a specialized disposal stream, so ask us first if something seems questionable.
Answered by Michael V., Head of Operations
No, that is the whole point. The crew hauls items from wherever they sit, including basements, attics, and upstairs rooms. The only prep that helps is knowing what stays and what goes, so the walkthrough is quick and nothing leaves that should not.

Same-day appointments are available in many areas, and you pick the arrival window when you book. If the pile needs to be gone before a closing, a showing, or a move-out inspection, tell us the deadline and we schedule to it.
Answered by Michael V., Head of Operations
Usable items go to donation, recyclables get recycled, and only what is left goes to licensed disposal facilities. No illegal dumping, ever. If a piece of furniture has life left in it, we would rather it end up in someone's living room than a landfill.
Answered by Michael V., Head of Operations
Not necessarily. If the items are accessible, at the curb, in a driveway or garage, or a clearly marked pile, the crew can complete the pickup and send you confirmation. For indoor removals, someone just needs to let the crew in and point out what goes.
Answered by Michael V., Head of Operations
It comes down to labor and time. If you want to work at your own pace over days and do not mind loading, a dumpster rental costs less for the same volume. If you want it gone today without lifting anything, junk removal is the answer. Plenty of customers start asking about one and end up booking the other once we talk through the job.

Yes. Office cleanouts, retail clear-outs, and property turnovers are a big part of what the crews do, and companies managing multiple properties can run every location through one phone number. If your portfolio generates cleanouts on a regular basis, it is worth setting that up once instead of scrambling every time.
