By accessing or using the Ultimate Dumpsters website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Ultimate Dumpsters is a nationwide waste management brokerage that connects customers with local hauling companies for dumpster rentals, portable toilet rentals, temporary fencing, storage containers, and related services. We act as an intermediary between customers and independent hauling partners.

3. Service Orders and Quotes

Quotes provided through our website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on actual debris weight, rental duration, location, and hauler availability. A confirmed order constitutes a binding agreement between you and the assigned hauling partner, with Ultimate Dumpsters facilitating the transaction.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Overage charges may apply if the dumpster exceeds the included weight limit or if the rental period is extended beyond the agreed term.
Payment is due upon booking or as otherwise specified in your order confirmation.
A flat $375 dispatch fee applies to orders cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date, unless cancellation insurance was purchased at booking.

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your project, delivery location, and contact details.
Ensure the delivery location is accessible for the delivery truck (typically requires a clear path at least 10 feet wide and 23 feet of vertical clearance).
Not exceed the fill line of the dumpster or the specified weight limit.
Not place prohibited items in the dumpster, including hazardous waste, tires, batteries, paint, chemicals, medical waste, or asbestos-containing materials.
Obtain any necessary permits for dumpster placement on public property (streets, sidewalks, rights-of-way).
Be present or have a representative available during delivery and pickup windows.

6. Prohibited Items

The following materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in any dumpster:

Hazardous waste and chemicals
Asbestos and asbestos-containing materials
Paint, solvents, and lacquers
Batteries (automotive and industrial)
Tires
Medical and biological waste
Fluorescent tubes and ballasts
Fuel, oil, and automotive fluids
Refrigerants and appliances containing Freon (unless properly evacuated)
Electronics (in certain jurisdictions)

Disposal of prohibited items may result in additional fees, removal of the item at your expense, and potential legal liability.

7. Delivery and Pickup

We make every effort to deliver and pick up dumpsters within the scheduled time window. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, hauler availability, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays in delivery or pickup.

8. Damage and Liability

You are responsible for any damage to the dumpster or delivery equipment during the rental period. Placement of the dumpster on your property is at your own risk. We recommend using plywood or boards under the dumpster to protect driveways and surfaces. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or other property surfaces from normal dumpster placement and pickup operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultimate Dumpsters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Ultimate Dumpsters website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ultimate Dumpsters or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

11. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You may cancel your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations inside the 48-hour window are subject to a flat $375 dispatch fee, unless cancellation insurance was purchased at booking.
