We deliver the trailer, level it, and block it on your site, then set steps or an ADA ramp. You provide reasonably level ground and clear access for the truck. Placement gets coordinated before delivery day.
The Hookup
The trailer arrives with HVAC, lighting, and electrical ready to connect. Your site electrician makes the power hookup, and from there it runs like any office: warm in January, cool in July.
