We combine these into a single flat rate that covers delivery, rental, pickup, and disposal up to the included weight allowance.

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. Your flat-rate quote includes delivery, the rental period, pickup, and disposal of your included weight allowance. The only additional charges that could apply are weight overage (if you exceed the included weight limit) and extended rental days beyond the standard period. Both are disclosed upfront.

If the total weight of your debris exceeds the included allowance, a per-ton overage fee applies. This fee varies by location and debris type but is always disclosed in your quote before you book. To avoid overages, choose the right size and be mindful of heavy materials like concrete and soil.

Cancellations inside that 48-hour window carry a flat $375 dispatch fee, because a dispatch schedule change costs real time in the office and the field. For $25, you can add cancellation insurance at booking. It lets you cancel anytime unless the driver is already en route. Not ready for delivery? Just call and move the date instead. We will always confirm the terms before you book.

A swap-out works like ordering another container. Everything resets: new invoice, new rental days, fresh box. You fill it, tell us you need a return or swap, and we handle the dispatch, paperwork, weight tickets, and billing from there. Jobs with multiple swap-outs normally get repeat-business discounts, usually $25-$50, especially contractors and Pro Program members.
