No. All tiers of the Pro Program are free to join. There are no membership fees, setup charges, or hidden costs. You pay only for the services you use, at your tier-discounted rate.
Tier upgrades are automatic based on your monthly order volume. Once you consistently order 6 or more times per month, you qualify for Pro. At 16+ orders per month, you qualify for Enterprise. Your account manager will notify you when you are approaching a new tier.
We give you a two-month grace period. If your volume drops below the threshold for two consecutive months, we will work with you to find the right tier. We never surprise-downgrade your account.
