Pricing FAQs
Is there a cost to join the Pro Program?
No. All tiers of the Pro Program are free to join. There are no membership fees, setup charges, or hidden costs. You pay only for the services you use, at your tier-discounted rate.
How do I move up to a higher tier?
Tier upgrades are automatic based on your monthly order volume. Once you consistently order 6 or more times per month, you qualify for Pro. At 16+ orders per month, you qualify for Enterprise. Your account manager will notify you when you are approaching a new tier.
What happens if my volume drops below my tier threshold?
We give you a two-month grace period. If your volume drops below the threshold for two consecutive months, we will work with you to find the right tier. We never surprise-downgrade your account.
Do discounts apply to all services?
Yes. Your Pro discount applies to every service we offer: dumpster rentals, portable toilets, restroom trailers, temporary fencing, storage containers, portable offices, junk removal, commercial waste, and more.
Can I negotiate custom pricing?
Enterprise accounts receive custom pricing based on volume, service mix, and contract length. Contact our sales team to discuss your specific needs and we will put together a pricing package tailored to your business.
