What Is Waste Diversion?
Waste diversion measures how much construction and demolition debris is recycled or reused instead of going to a landfill. LEED-certified projects require a minimum diversion rate, and many municipalities now mandate it for commercial construction permits.
Material Tracking
Every load is categorized by material type: concrete, wood, metal, drywall, roofing, cardboard, mixed C&D, and more. We track weights at the scale and report exact tonnage diverted vs. landfilled.
LEED MRc2 Documentation
Our reports are formatted to support LEED v4.1 MRc2 (Construction and Demolition Waste Management) credit documentation. Includes waste management plan data, diversion calculations, and hauler certifications.
