How does the weight math work on a real job?
Worked example: Move-out week
A full 30 yard of furniture and household items at 150 to 250 lbs per cubic yard is 4,500 to 7,500 lbs, or 2.3 to 3.8 tons, against 3 tons included. Lighter loads fit; furniture-heavy loads may run a little over or need a swap.
