We do not publish flat porta potty rates because the honest answer depends on your location, unit type, rental duration, and how often you want the unit serviced. Rather than quote a national range that will not match your job, we price every rental to your exact setup and give you one all-inclusive quote, usually within the hour. A general rule is one standard unit per 50 guests for a 4-hour event. For longer events or those serving alcohol, plan for one unit per 35-40 guests. Always include at least one ADA-compliant unit for public events. Our team can provide a customized recommendation based on your guest count, event duration, and venue layout.

A standard porta potty includes a basic toilet with hand sanitizer dispenser: functional and clean, but no frills. A deluxe unit adds a flushing toilet, sink with running water, mirror, interior lighting, and a more comfortable interior. Deluxe units are preferred for corporate events, weddings, and any situation where guest comfort is a priority.

If your event or job site is open to the public, ADA compliance requires at least one wheelchair-accessible unit. ADA units feature a wider door, interior grab bars, extra floor space for wheelchair access, and a lower toilet seat height. Even for private events, providing an ADA unit is good practice and ensures accessibility for all guests.

Monthly rentals include once-per-week servicing as standard: our technician pumps the waste tank, cleans all surfaces, restocks supplies, and deodorizes the unit. For high-traffic locations or events, we offer twice-weekly or daily servicing at an additional cost. Event-specific rentals arrive freshly serviced and are picked up immediately after your event ends.

Restroom trailer rentals include delivery, full setup (leveling, water hookup, power connection), the rental period, and pickup. Trailers feature flushing toilets, running water sinks, interior lighting, climate control (heat and AC), mirrors, and premium finishes. You provide a water source and electrical connection (or we can provide a generator at additional cost).

Yes. We offer single-day and weekend rentals for events, parties, and short-term projects. Weekend rentals (Friday delivery, Monday pickup) are the most cost-effective option for short events. Single-day delivery and pickup can be arranged, though same-day service may carry a small premium in some markets.
