How Many Units Per Guest? Our Team's Planning Guide
This is our team's recommendation from years of running events, not a regulation: one unit per 50 guests for a 3-4 hour event, and if you're serving alcohol, add about twenty percent. Longer events need more.

Weekend and single-day events run on a short-term mode: delivered before, picked up after, serviced in between if the event runs multiple days.
Before: Delivery
Units arrive the day before your event, freshly sanitized and fully stocked, placed where your layout needs them. Same-day rush is available in most areas.
During: Servicing

We typically deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after, so delivery-day surprises never touch the event itself. For multi-day events, units stay on site with daily or twice-daily servicing. Same-day rush delivery is available in most areas if you order before noon local time.
