How does the weight math work on a real job?
Worked example: Clearing an old outbuilding
Twenty cubic yards of mixed contents at 300 to 500 lbs per yard is 6,000 to 10,000 lbs, or 3 to 5 tons. A 20 yard includes 2 tons and a 30 includes 3, so heavier loads are split, with metal set aside for scrap.

Yes. We serve rural areas across the country. As long as a roll-off truck can reach your property, we can get a container delivered. We ask that the delivery path be reasonably firm and level for our roll-off truck to operate safely.

A single-story barn or large outbuilding usually calls for a 30-yard, and a full barn with heavy timber and metal roofing earns a 40 or a two-box rotation. If concrete footings or a slab are coming out too, that material goes in its own dedicated heavy-material box rather than mixing with the timber. Describe the building and I will size it with you.
