No. The panels stand on weighted bases, concrete blocks or rubber feet, so nothing gets drilled and no post holes get dug. That is what lets us install on concrete, asphalt, gravel, or grass and leave zero marks when the fence comes down. On soft ground we can drive stakes, and in high-wind areas we add sandbags to the bases.
